Default SYNC with usb "Unsupported Device"

Hello everyone. I am a new member here, but I have been reading the forum for awhile. I apologize if this has been answered already but I have been searching here and other sites for awhile and I can't find a solution to my specific issue. I recently purchased a 2014 F150 STX. I also bought a Sadisk 64gb low profile usb drive for using with the SYNC system. I reformatted the drive to FAT32 (which was not as easy as I thought considering its 64gb). I added my MP3 files and now when I put the drive in the usb port in my truck and choose USB as the audio input I get the "Initializing" message for a minute or so and then it says "Unsupported Device". I have tried doing a master reset on SYNC and that did nothing. Anyway have any other ideas?

Thank you in advance.

I actually figured this one out. So for anyone else having a similar problem, do not use "Partition Wizard" to format your drive. While it said that the drive was formatted to FAT32 it apparently wasn't. I downloaded another app and re-formatted to FAT32 and it worked perfectly.
