I am replacing stock radio in my2014 STX, (radio popped then died), it has Sync 1 with no navigation. I would like to replace the Sync USB/AUX input with a blank. Anybody know where I can find it, or if they even make one?

There is also the Sync2 panel, which does not have any sort of opening in it. But, I'm not sure if it fits correctly, it is supposed to match up with a center console.

I'm looking for that same panel in your picture, The mounting tabs broke off mine. In my searches I haven't seen a blank one but a lot of very expensive versions of that one.

Well aware OffRoadFord4Me, that is about the cheapest I have seen, up to about 70$.

 

Did you ever get this taken care of? If not, I can 3d print you a blank for minimal cost. I have a 3d printer here at home and carbon fiber filament. Probably costs me at most $3 to print. I can print it and ship it for probably $10 or so total. Just let me know. I just stumbled across the thread because I am looking to see if someone has a pattern that I can customize since I replaced my stereo with one that has 2 USB inputs on it and doesn't use the aux input I think.
