Sync Losing Connection

My sync looses it's connection as Im driving, and-or when I get back in my truck. I continually have to restart the connection. Anyone else with this issue?

I had it. the i updated both phone and synk and it works well... for now..

Which type of phone are using with your vehicle? Which year is your vehicle? Is it equipped with touch-screen?
