Default Sync issues with Galaxy S5

Today, I got in my truck and made a call to my dad, it was super quiet for some reason. I checked the phone, volume all the way up, the truck volume was up, couldn't figure it out. Then later, I call my girlfriend, same issue. I deleted the connection in the truck and the phone, then repaired them. It's to late to really try it out, most people at asleep right now. Anyone else have similar issues? I have had the phone for 6 months and it has been perfect so far.

I did take it to the dealer today for oil change and tire rotation, and they checked the computer for any issues that may be affecting my mileage. Apparently the main issue for that is my right foot Could they have done something during that time to mess up that connection.

Also, it plays audio fine from my phone through bluetooth, no volume loss there.

Hey archer23,

I would have recommended the same thing. Test it out tomorrow and see if the volume is still extremely soft. If it is, let me know which system you have and I'll provide further troubleshooting: http://support.ford.com/topics/sync-technology
