I updated my Sync over the weekend and it seemed to work fine. This morning I start up my truck and no Sync. Radio works fine just no Sync or phone controls at all.

Any ideas what I may need to do to get it back? I need it for work so its a real PITA. Thanks. Truck specs in sig.

 

mine has done this before. i pulled the sync fuse to reboot it.

Just pulled fuse and waited a few minutes and reinstalled. No change. Still no Sync. I had the truck off when I pulled fuse.

 

Would I have to have the truck running and radio on when I pull the Sync fuse? Any other ideas that may help?

 

no i had mine off. i also heard sometimes you have to unhook the battery for 15 min to reboot it. if that don't work you might have to try the dealer.

 

sometimes my phone doesn't hook up to sync and i have to pull my phone battery. when you push the sync button does the sync lady ask for your command. if you hear her it could be the phone.
