Default Sync Display not working in cold weather below 0F/-18C

2014 with nav and touch screen sync display doesn't seem to work when it's below 0 deg F, but my wife's 2013 and my 2012 work fine.

Any one else have issues in cold weather?

I've even ran the truck for awhile to let it warm up and then shut it off but the screen still wouldn't work. Even drove down the road 20 plus miles turned it off and back on and the display was still dead. When I got in later in the day like above 10F outside it worked just fine. This happened multiple times.

Kind of sucks when it's that cold and you can't even turn on the heated seats nor adjust temperatures.

Weather should not be an factor on whether or not your touch screen radio comes on. I would recommend troubleshooting this at the dealership level. If you don't mind taking a video of the issue while you're parked to show the dealership the issue before it warms up, it would help them diagnose the issue a lot faster!

I wouldn't work if it was that cold either. I got your back Sync.

0deg is nothing. Try -45, ambient.

My edge monitor in my old truck wouldn't work in -30deg temps until the cab warmed up. I would expect your screen to work in 0 deg....

Default Has issues have been found

I am having the same issue with my 2009 f150 display not working when only it is cold below 40 degrees. Has anyone know what is the issue is? It works great anytime above 40. Thanks
