Anyone know how to turn "Shuffle on" on? I do what the manual says to do and it doesn't work..

hit menu, scroll to settings-hit ok. Shuffle-hit OK, Shuffle Set- hit OK. Done.

Hit Sync button and say "Shuffle on" in your best English accent. Works every time.

Once I get to shuffle I hit ok,shuffle off comes up. If I hit okay again it stays off. Anything else I do takes me to the next action on the list.

I hit shuffle on my iPhone. "Hey Siri," I ask.

"Yes, Master," Siri responds.

"Shuffle music," I command.

"Okay, shuffle play, Master."

Never leave things to chance.
