Default Suspension/steering refresh

I'm going to be doing a front suspension and possibly steering component refresh on our 2010 F150. Its the 4.6 3V Supercrew RWD.

I've been looking over the complete strut kits and like the idea of an easy install. Considering going that route instead of having to worry about compressing the spring and dealing with all that fun.

Does anyone have experience with the Motorcraft offerings? I assume it would be OEM quality that the truck came with. We were happy with its ride when new.

ASTL15 'heavy duty package' I'm not certain if I have that with our tow package or not, will have to dig in.

ASTL17 is the non heavy duty package.

I assume either would bolt up but the heavy duty would be a bit more firm. I also own a 2014 XL 4x4 with heavy duty and seem to recall my 2010 XLT riding a bit smoother (when new).

I'm also considering the Moog 'Problem Solver' 8568 or the ST8604.

Does anyone have experience with either the Motorcraft or Moog offerings?

I've used Moog components years ago and was really pleased with them over OEM. N

Forgot to ask!

Any recommendations on what else to swap out while I'm in there? We've had a clunk sound from passenger side when turning right and going down hill, like pulling into a sloped drive. Research indicates it might be a stabilizer bar end.

I'm planning on doing the 9/3 o'clock (tie rod) and 12/6 o'clock (ball joint) tests ahead of time. Hoping they are still nice and tight. The truck only has 62K miles on it.

I like the idea of getting in front of potential issues and/or just refreshing cost effecting things before going in for alignment and new tires.

Thanks!
