Default Supercab subwoofer box help

Hey all, I've been looking for a decent subwoofer box for my scab and am having trouble finding what I want. I'm looking for a under the back seats box for dual 10s or maybe 12s that doesn't stick out much if at all past the seats. Yes, I tried the search but only came up with one thread that wasn't much help. Any help would be appreciated.

i bought one on ebay and the dimensions given i thought it would fit all the way under the seat, it didnt, partly because when the speaker was mounted it added 1/2 inch, this is how it turned out...

im looking into this box, but i need to mount my amps somewhere first, im not sure i like it though as i lose any under seat space, may attempt building one that fits 2 10's under the larger section of the seats (drivers side) that way i still have a small area under the passenger side...

This is what i went with.(http://www.supercrewsound.com/F-150-ExtCab.html) I have a 12" shallow that 's for rounding out the sound, and this box does the job. If you want to shake the block as you go by i would get a stronger box.

Thanks for the replies so far, I'm not looking for a house shaker. Did that with my last truck. This one is just gonna be for quality sound inside and close by. I plan to go with 2 10 inch jl w3 subs but am having trouble finding a quality box without having to build it. Using my phone right now so I'll have to check out the links when I get home tonight.

I have the dual 10 inch box but didn't like the way it stuck out from under the back seat about 2 inches.

Are you guys hooking these subs up to the stock stereo? I have a 10 and an amp that came out of ranger and have been interested in making a box for it if I can hook this up to the stock stereo.

Thanks

op, i have a screw and made my own box (fortunately, i have air & tools to make it easier). i originally wanted to use my existing RF Punch 400-1 mono amp & two P2 10 subs, but decided to drive a single 10. it turned out very well and most importantly, a single 10 fills the cab with good sound. if you're not looking to rock the house, build exactly what i did. i bought carpet, speaker connections and adhesive on ebay for about $20. i can take some pics, but i'm not familiar with the exact dimensions of your scab, so i can't say exactly how big you can make it. what i can tell you is that my 10" required .59 cubic feet and when you only use a single, you can extend your width while decreasing your depth. i thought about offering custom boxes for sale, but you can buy them online for less than i'd charge to make one. lol. if you want to tackle your own, i'll answer what i can.

super, yes, PAC makes an adapter cable that will work for you. however, an aftermarket head unit sounds much better and also has the pre-outs you need. you'll still need a trim kit and wiring harness, but if you've already got the amp & sub (like i did), maybe you can swing a new HU.

i gave my stock stereo a 1 (1-10), with aftermarket speakers, i gave it a 3-4, i added an aftermarket HU and gave it a 6, after the amp & 10" sub, i give it a 9. its not super loud, but it sounds really good. btw, i'm driving the doors with only a HU...not an amp. and since the sub box is a downfire, you feel the bass as much as hearing it and i have it turned down pretty low.

I have that same setup in mine, 2 10" JL W3 subs. They fit perfectly in a fox acoustics box. Good quality. Here's a link to it: http://www.foxacoustics.com/ProductD...150%2D210%2D04

The version I have is before they started spraying line-x on it. If this new version is anything like the one I have, it should be great.
