I'm in the beginning phases of planning out this swap. I ordered a whole steering column for the shifter and shroud pieces(and anything else that might come in handy). Do you have a write up or anything you can share on this process? I will be doing this and then removing the center console to add a jump seat in the front. Any help you can provide would be amazing!

I’ll try to make a list of everything I had to do, I’ve got a lot of pictures from when I did it. Not sure about removing the center console though, that seems like a lot of work and the dashes may even be a little different, I’m not sure.

Thanks so much! Anything you have would be a great help. My first goal is to get the column shifter setup/working and then figure out the console/jump seat after and lastly what trim pieces to make the center dash look correct going into the floor.

to start you will need:

- upper steering column from column shift truck
- column shift shifter cable
- steering column trim panels
- kick panel below steering column
- trim panel around gauge cluster

you will also need to make a wire harness to go from your truck to the wires on the shifter. I will try to upload some pictures later
