Default Strange Vibration

Hi all,
I don't post much, but i read all the time.

I look in the forum and I saw some other kind of vibrations but not like mine so I hope I can get some help.

Strange Vibration on the go, never while stopped, taking off or coming to stop.

Vibration feels like when passing over toll vibrators but more intense

Is not continuous, vibrates, stops, and vibrates stops.

IT happens in cycles, sometimes it does it 2 or 3 times, some times more then stops.

Vibration is Sometimes more subtle some others more intense.

It happens at different Speeds, it happens while on 30-35 the same as 65-70

RPM go up a little while is happening and can be seen on the Tach.

It doesn’t vibrate if I shift to 3rd gear

Hesitation on the gears just seconds before, can feel going up and down I assume the gears.

If accelerate or let go the accelerator or I press the brakes will stop.

Thump sound very subtle

New tires balanced and aligned, New shocks all around, still does it.

F150 2010, Super Crew, 4.6L XLT

No lift kit of any kind, truck is totally stock also wheels and Tire Size.
Thank you
Any help will be appreciated.

Question

FFF-150 ... 4.6L ...
2V or 3V? *Different transmissions - 4R75 (2v) or 6R80 (3v).

Miles?

Reason for asking the above 2 questions pertains to transmission fluid change. Are you due?

How are the U-joints?

The reason for asking about the transmission (based upon the engine question) is an issue of maintenance - meaning: Meaning changed.

Transmission shudder can be caused from mileage and the break-down of it's friction additives.
