Smile Stock resonator vs. After market resonator

I am new to the site (just joined). I recently bought a 2014 f150 lariat 5.0 with an after market Corsa exhaust with the resonator delete. It sounds awesome but is a little loud for my liking. I am thinking about putting a resonator back on. I was looking at the vibrant performance 1142 or buying the stock resonator. I'm just trying to quiet the interior noise. I do not have the stock resonator I would have to buy one used if any one is trying to get rid of theirs. My question is what would be better the vibrant or stock resonator.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

The vibrant 1142 did a good job of quieting down my GF's Evo X MR after we installed a test pipe. The catback we have on it was perfect with the factory cat, but after removing the cat it was too loud. So I put the 1142 into the aftermarket cat back in the same spot the OEM exhaust has it's resonator, and it worked very well. Got the car very close to where it was with the aftermarket catback and the OEM cat.

any round body magnaflow from 14-24 inches should do the trick.

I want to keep the corsa and add a resonator. Magnaflow sells resonators as well?

Do you think this one will be better than the vibrant 1142 or similar?

I think he meant use a round magnaflow muffler instead. Id just worry about added drone with that setup, personally.

you think it would add drone? I'm thinking about just buying the stock resonator from ford. You think that would be better for the drone?

i had the 2.5" stock put back in on my system:

^ seen here,

but its an all 3" system, that had a small choke with the 2.5 being stretched and re installed.

id stick with a 3" resinator to keep all piping the same size, also the one i referenced last night is bigger in all aspects vs the stock ford one so it should keep the tones down even more then the stocker.

^^ i wana say this is 15 ( case length) or so inches long vs my magnaflow which is 24" ( case length) long

** also this is 2.5" inlet dia at front and 2.75" at the coupled end. if you cut the couple off then youll have a 2.5" in/out when the rest of your system is 3"
