New to me 2010 F150 SCREW (202k miles). Just got the engine back in and have started driving the truck. The steering is stiff and doesn’t really come back to center on its own. The power steering pump is silent and there is adequate fluid. The wheel turns smoothly so I don’t think it’s the intermediate steering shaft u-joints.

Bad steering rack? Something else I’m not thinking of?
