Stereo replacement ideas
I want to replace my current 2010 xlt radio with a screen that has cd player, Bluetooth for my iPhone & iPod, retain my sync, back up camera (camera did not come with my truck), & sirrius.
Navigation & DVD are optional.
Can you guys make some suggestions on products and tell me how much you think this might cost? I will get someone to do the install as there will have to be a dash modification. Any pictures of current setups would be great. Thanks.

CCC,
To maintain your factory Sirius, and SYNC back up camera has been sort of difficult in the past. It has required a couple of adapters and possibly a sub display, which was clunky at best. This year Kenwood teamed up with a company called ADS, which makes a Maestro product which allows you to retain Sync functionality with selected Kenwood Navigation receivers. This allows you to select during the setup process which “Sync” sources you want to retain, and which sources from the Kenwood you want to use. The sync options are then displayed on the screen of the Kenwood, like any other source. The compatible models are 2012 units which end in ’90. Ie. DNX-6990.
With your backup camera, if it has a standard composite video cable it will work with anything. We are still awaiting the Maestro Module but expect it shortly.
Since today the new SiriusXM tuner is only $69.99 ($19.99) after rebate, you may find many more brands, and pricing options if you bought a new tuner, and ran a new antenna. For easier perusal, here is a list of radios with Bluetooth which should fit the bill:

We are now shipping! We sincerly apologize for the delay in releasing the product, but hope you will still give us the opportunity to earn your business. You can visit our website at www.idatalink.com/maestro to see what the interface is all about. You can even simulate the intuitive online programming of the module on our website and learn what features can be retained in your particular vehicle.
