Default Step bars

I recently got our first full size pickup. 2011 SCREW 5.0 4x4. We love it. However, I need to get some running bars to make it easier to get in/out.

I've already decided I want either oval or square, but my real question is:
5" or 6"? I want to make sure they'll be functional, neither my wife or I are tall, but I also don't want them to look too big and out of place. Thoughts?
Thanks

Did your 4x4 not come with any steps at all? I have some black stock fx4 running boards brand new. What color is your truck?

Smokd: it's black with a chrome grille/bumper. Not sure how all black running boards would look with the chrome?
Reef: would those fit without drilling on a 2011? Why kind of shipping prices were you coming across(to 43235)

Get step bars that go all the way back to the rear wheel, this way you won't have to buy a separate $200 side step for the bed. Without that it's a pain to reach into the front of the bed for something on the 4x4's.

I complained about the fact I couldn't hold on to the cab when I went to wash my F150 4x4....then I realized ....Hey!....use the step /handle setup on the tail gate and get your lazy butt in the bed, walk over to the cab and wash it!
Easy Peasy......

Amp research steps FTW!

They are a little pricey but they are more functional than the stock ones and they tuck up under truck when door is closed for the no bar look!

Those amp power bars would be perfect...if they weren't double my budget.
