Steering wheel off center
A tad annoyed that the steering wheel is off center to the right. I have perfect flat roads (cement) by me and I need to keep the wheel a degree or so to the right to go straight. If I center the wheel I drift left.
Now what should I do? Tell my dealer (just bought the truck yesterday) and take a chance on them getting it right or do I save myself possible frustration and take it to my front end shop who I trust and have been using for years? That would cost me $100.
Other then that annoyance, the truck is awesome and having a good time!

I actually had the same issue and to the same side! I had a couple other issues with mine.... A door was out of alignment so it stuck when opening and the chrome was peeling in a small spot on one of my wheels. When I took it to the dealer they fixed it with no problem. Now it's nice and centered.
I would also check front tire air pressure, but dealer first unless you got money to burn. Know that I think about dealer+waste of time and who knows how many times or $100 right the first time. now I understand.
Dealer can (and should if it brand new) fix it. Mine started doing that after i put a level on and had it aligned. Bugged me at first but im used to it now. Not worth the effort to me to fix it, its barely off.
Thats the thing that bug me about alignment shops. On most cars/trucks you have three things to adjust diring an alignment. Camber, caster, and toe. Camber/caster being the more difficult of the three. On these new f150s all you can adjust is toe. Takes 10 minutes yet they charge full price. I paid $50. $100 is outrageous imo.

Mine was the same when I got it. Took a day or so for me to confirm the issue. I called the dealer and told them I wanted it fixed. They offered a loaner while they made repairs, which was nothing more than an alinement.
The guys at the factory miss stuff. That's why the makeready dept. checks the vehicles over. For the price we pay, we don't have to "just live with" anything. I paid 100% and I want the truck to be 100%. Don't accept less.

Just adjust your toe? It's not that hard to do on your own if you can't be without your truck for half a day at a shop. Or have your dealer do it since it's under warranty. And I don't see why your front end guy would charge $100 bucks? Adjsuting the toe is part of a complete front end alignment ~$60 usually.
The only tools you need are a jack and 2 jack stands and a Crescent wrench.
Just get your front wheels off the ground and truck on jack stands. Turn your steering wheel to center then undo the set nut on your steering arm. Turn your steering arm with the crescent wrench and eyeball the adjustment and get your tires straight.
Now make a mark straight down from the outside rear sidewall on your tire and from the outside forward sidewall and mark lines parallel with your tires on the ground. Do this for the Driver and Passenger side. Measure the distance from the rear mark on both sides and the front mark on both sides and make adjustments until both those measurements are the same your toe will then be adjusted and your steering wheel perfectly straight.
Really easy, doesn't take long, and you know it's done right.

Got the F150 back today. The new wheel well liners look great however the steering wheel is still off but it is slightly better. I called the assistant service manager and he was a little bewildered about me saying it is still evident but in any case, he was nice and scheduled me 1st job next Tuesday and if possible, I will ride with the tech.
