I did more searching and it looks like your built in resistor pack might be damaged or bad. I didn't know they had them built in. Either way, turning the "bulb out" feature off in the programming should also fix it. They claim that the resistors might be able to be replaced in this video from spyder's YouTube channel. It's at the end of the video that it states what might cause it. Hope this helps! Sorry about your frustrations.

the question you seem adamant to answer was asked on 08-28-2013 that's a long time ago. Usually in forums we don't reincarnated dead threads, we read them for solutions OR start a new thread. We don't answer questions from 1.5 years ago.
