Dont Quote me, but I believe you need a seperate Relay to enable that! But probably won't make enough difference to warrant the extra effort!

You guys know that you can get those same HIDs for about a 1/3 of the price right? VVME is the same exact thing...

Toddman, I'll never do it again. Hard lesson learned. I'm about $600 in now and am thinking about ripping them out and putting the stocks back in. Makes me sick as **** to the stomach to waste that kind of money, but as much as I do like the smoked halo look, I can't have style over function. The lighting is crap. Low beams are "ok" only now that I've installed HID's, but once the high beams are switched on it is outright dangerous to drive at night.

I'm pretty furious.

Can anyone confirm or deny what Toddman said about the relay? If I can get the high beams to use the low beams at the same time, I'll keep the Spyders. Otherwise I'm going back to stocks and pretending like his never happened (and that my wife doesn't ask too many questions)!

Yeah, for another 150.00 you could of had a killer Retrofit that would have great light output!

Your saying for $750 you can have a retro fit kit? I'm sure I can throw a spyder projector $200 low and high beam hid's $100 maybe $200 tops... And I know the 04-08 you could break into the steering column and jump a wire to make the low's stay on with the high's

Thats a professionally done setup! Not some hack it up job by someone who's never done it. If its worth doing, its worth doing right!
