Default Spare tire and jack

So I'm back to the same question about a spare tire. I finally bought a new full size spare (34.5") and am going to temporarily throw it in the bed. I'll worry about securing it later.

What is everyone doing for a jack? Does the stock jack work with a lift? Are you guys carrying a block of wood around with you to raise the height of the jack? I didn't see any bottlejacks tall enough to work at Sears or the local automotive stores.

Mine is a 2010 with a 6" lift.

With a 6" lift you will need a pretty big block.

The stock jack works fine.

I hope you never have to use that jack in dirt or mud.

Are you going to replace your spare under the bed with your new full size spare?

I removed my old spare and sold it, but I haven't tried putting my full size spare under there yet. I hope it fits so I don't have to get a roof rack.

it should fit since the Raptor comes with a 35 inch spare tire

I squeezed it in there today. It was't easy. It hangs a little low and pushes out the heat shield (next to the exhaust). I might not have even tried if you didn't post this. Thanks.

How wide is your spare? I have 35 x 12.50s. I wonder if I could fit a spare under there?

I actually carry around a 3-ton hydraulic floor jack with me.
