Only ever used Warn .......always treated me right!..had mine mounted on a reciever, and always carried a 2 axle shafts to pound in the ground incase of no truck or trees around......always got us out of tight jams......
this Street queen won't need a winch.....lol......all its going to see is camping and fishing trails, while pulling my trailer....lol..little baby mud holes...lol

Well it's up to you its your purchase. Had a warn on my jeep without an issue and still have one on my 4 wheeler that's 10 years old and has been underwater more than its been out of water and its still top notch. You get what you pay for. American made warn or china made smittybilt.

the only warn winch that screwed up was the little fella on the ATV, but that was the dealer fault, he put an under rated one on by mistake, shesh you would think paying those over priced 16 yr olds they would know what they were doing......LOL........My Buddies and there wild 1ton creations and 40 + mudders thats all they ever use is Warn, just been tried an true......they tried other stuff and went back to warn, just because of its pulling power, suction is hell of a thing if you don't have the right Wench or mean winch.......lol.........

Cheers Guys!

I personally think they are trash. Heard of way too many DOA units. I thought we discussed all of this in the stealth winch thread that you started.
