Default Skid Plate Question

I guess when Ford changed my oil they dropped the skid plate. I notice it was hanging down on one side while I was fishing on the beach. It looks like they didn't tighten one side but when I got under the truck it looks like the skid plate has some kind of attachment that I am not familiar with. Looks like a screw that goes into a retainer piece. I just tightened it and it seems to hold but I am surprised to not see a bolt or something more secure.

Does anyone know what I am talking about or the name of this screw like thing the skid plate is secured by? I am not 100% this is right or will hold; I need to get back under there and look at the other side to see if something is broke or missing because I am surprised it came loose unless they just didn't fasten it after the oil change.

Are you talking about the fiber-board shield under the transmission?

That's not a skid plate. It's a piece of fiberboard to help with aerodynamics.
You just turn the fasteners on each side 90 degrees and they lock
