Default Eco vs 6.2

I currently own a 2010 Platinum and am shopping for a new ride. I'm planning on putting a moderate lift (4" or a 2.5") and a set of 35's on it. That being said, one of the questions is between the Ecoboost and the 6.2 motors. I'm pretty sure that the big V8 can handle the extra workload of the bigger tire easily. But what about the V6 EB? Would the 35's be a noticeable change for the motor to push?

Any of you EB or 6.2 folks care to share what your experiences have been?

I have a level and 34.36 inch tires (raptor wheels and tires).... it moves the truck just fine with my 3.55 rear end. MPG will take a large hit no matter which motor you choose.

Eb with a tune will embarrass the big cube motor with similar mod money. Even stock the eb is no slouch when asked to work.

I have the 6.2 and will have it leveled with probably 295/60R20 Trail Grapplers in the next week or so, I'll let you know how it does compared to stock. I have the 3.55 rear end.

Then what happens when you tune the 6.2 also?

Not nearly as much as when you tune an EB. Let's not start this... If you don't know, figure it out.
