Whoa - that is some big hail. I wonder if Allied uses open containers to ship them trucks and what would Ford do if an ordered truck was walloped with hail... build another 2010 just for me? In any case, I wonder what the post October 4th rebates will be?

It was in fact on order initially, could it be a factory error, maybe. I got the full printout of the delivery. For some reason, it indicated, it was transferred back to build site. Dealer suspected this was due to the Camera installation and delay for what ever reason. I was there for the print out, Dealer phone contact with Carrier and Factory Rep. I gave them 4 days to receive it, on the 5th day I would drive by in Dodge etc. They knew I wasn't blowing smoke after I waited that long.
Dealer worked with me, thats how I also got full credit for my exchange to HD taillights and grille, didn't take the grille, wish I did, sort of kick my self now.
They also gave me a used truck to drive for the full time so I felt obligated to some extent.

The carrier/transporter had it in their lot for over 4 days, phone call to them stated they were backlogged with over a 1000 vechicles??? Would ship ASAP? Who know what goes on with these build vehicles.

Very seldom I find my color and accessories on the lot etc., so this is not the first truck that took 7 or 8 weeks to get.

Well that's a lot different from what you first stated that they install the cameras at the dealer and not the factory. Did the option show up on your window sticker? Did they put the reverse sensors in also because that is supposed to be part of the same package.
