Default Should I buy 13/14 Lariat/KR

Currently have a 13 5.0 xlt scab 4x4. At 115k, looking to upgrade just to have a nicer trim and better driving, as well as 4 doors. About to put a lot into maintenance. Any advice on upgrading trim levels basically or should I wait for a 15+ to get cheaper.

A lot of folks, wait let me say some folks so I dont get the mod wanna bees after me, have issues with the AC in some 13 models. So not knowing where you are, I would not buy until I could test in the summer on a 13 model, JMO!

id get the one with a 5.0 in the color you want with low to somewhat low miles...I’d be leaning toward KR...but that’s just me...

Best truck Ford made is the 2013 and 2014 model, in my opinion.

Do you have any experience with Android Auto/CarPlay? Honestly that's the biggest ease-of-use game changer in the newer trucks. Other than that, it was mostly small evolutionary improvements until the 10 speed came out. The '09-'14 are still good looking trucks.

Dam rights they are!!!! Wish I still had my 2013! Steel body, quiet, solid...no squeaks or rattles. (except for the engine)

Nicer dash-sync system, HID lighting, sportier grille.
Not a whole lot better but a few tweeks...

LOL, my 2014 Ecoboost disagrees with you and so does my wallet. I would say the best Ford trucks are 1992-96.

Haha - 12mpg, can barely tow 7000lbs, and 0-60 in 9 seconds.
