I agree with Platinum_Sean, I live in Northern Ontario and we can have some bad weather up here, along with a lot of salt use on the roads. I had my 09 Screw sprayed with Krown Rust Proofing. Ive had it on other vehicles and am very pleased with it. I also have been spraying the chrome on my other vehicles with LPS 3 rust preventer. The results are amazing, this stuff is a little hard to get off in the spring, but well worth the effort. I plan on treating my Screw with LPS 3.
As Platinum_Sean stated , don't waste your time on the electronic anticorrosion module as they don't work. Just a lot of sales hype. The only product that may work is Cathodic protection, but your looking a a few thousand $. Not pratctical. One last note the 5 year corrosion waranty is for perforation only

I had it Krown coated. My 2002 Protege has no rust what so ever on it, sprayed every year. The majority of 2002 Protege's that I see on the road in my ara are rusted. My 93 Maxima was also sprayed and never seen rust. Big difference here in Canada, losts of salted roads and lots of rusted cars.

I feel for you guys in the land of 4 seasons. But if I was living in a snowy area, I would be reluctant to rust proof the truck. Bring it through a touchless car wash using underside sprays on a regular basis and it should be fine.

Yeah; i can see doing that when it doesn't get above 10 or 20 degrees for a week at a time.
