Route calculation failed
I apologize in advance if this has been discussed. I tried searching the forum an didn't see anything.
I have a 2014 F150 Lariat. The Sync software is current, but the maps are out of date. I am able to use the GPS routing function for local/short distance routes with no problem. However, to day I tried to program a route into another state, approximately 600 miles, and the system gave me the error "Route calculation failed". I tried another route, approximately 400 miles, and got the same error message. I entered a location a few miles away and the system functioned fine.
For grins, I did a master reset through the Sync control panel but nothing changed.
Is there anything else I can do or is this a dealer issue?
