Have fun!
We just got back on Monday from a Richmond VA to Cincinnati OH round trip. Friday night through Monday evening. The 3.31 geared EB did an outstanding job through the mountains of WVa. 4 adults and a bed full of luggage, coolers, etc and we avg'd 17.9mpg (hand calc'd - truck showed a consistent 0.5mpg higher on the heads up) there and back running 70-75mph pretty much the entire trip. The heads up readout showed as high as 23.1 coming through Charleston, but we hit a steady 15mph headwind on the run from Charleston to Cinci and the mileage dropped drastically.

Awesome! Have a fun trip. We were down in Myrtle in March. Averaged 18.3mpg with the 5.0L at about 70-75mph.

Weather should be nice!

Have fun! I'm looking forward to stretching out my truck's legs on a long road trip. Screws are a great road trip vehicle.

That's pretty good mileage. What all were you loaded up with?

Rode in my son in law's 2013 F150 screw from Cincinnati to Myrtle beach and back to Cincinnati a few weeks ago. There were three adults and two kids. He has an eccoboost with a 3.73 averaged 17.0 mph. He should have got 18.5 to 19. He likes to drive like he stole it. Didn't go 50 miles before he got a ticket for $119 73 in a 60 mph zone on Rt. 32.

I'm leaving from Newark OH to Myrtle Beach in 2 weeks! And I'll be taking my ecoboost. Let me know how it does on fuel and mileage. Watch out for those un marked police cars too lol
