Default Remove bumpers?

How difficult is it to remove front and rear bumpers gonna paint them but wanna make sure its a easy line up before i start taking them off and run into a problem thanks

from your pic it looks like you have a chrome bumber...i thought you couldnt paint over chrome, or at least you're not supposed to becuase it wouldnt hold up in the long run? anybody got any info? I also got chromes i want to get rid of for painted ones but didnt realize i cold just paint the chrome ones....

yes i have chrome bumpers im going to plastidip them this weekend been talking to some ppl that have done it and it has held up if it chips at all im going to have them powdercoated so you can powdercaot them buti dont want them to be paint to match so im gonna try the plastidip see how they look and hold up i have done my girlfriends grille on jeep looks perfect never chipped check on here for plastidip threads for 09+ you will see

HERE is a link to the front bumper removal instructions for both the Raptor and F150 (2009+). As far as painting the chrome, I have no idea.

It came from a website called just answer, a Ford tech actually posted it. **Also understand that I am a triple black belt in googlefo0. I cant find an answer for the rear, but as I understand it its pretty straight forward on the rear. Should be 3 bolts on each side of the bumper-to-frame connection and then removing any connection to sensors and disconnecting the ground from the top of the rear cross member.
