Default Remote start stopped working???

Hi guys, I love the this feature especially when it's cold out. Who wouldn't. Let me start from the beginning. 2013 f50 XLT 5.0 I used the remote start yesterday at work most problems. I started driving home and my check engine light came on code P0128 I believe. engine coolant? Maybe a stuck therastate I just checked the fluid a couple of days ago. I recently replaced the battery in my remote. It was getting weak. It worked fine after I did that.
Now when I try and use the remote start, I hit the lock button once and start button twice the alarm or horn sounds.
Help please I am very mechanical and fix most of these problems if I know where to look.
thanks in advance

Remote start is disabled when there is a system fault code.

P0128 - Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)

Check the coolant level, it's probably low.

Not low on water. I double checked that. Heat works great and the motor gets up to norm temp relatively quickly, could the thermostat be stuck open as the code suggests? I find this hard to believe? How can I clear the code?

Run the engine until the engine temperature stabilizes. Verify the radiator hoses are hot and the cooling system is pressurized. Access the PCM and monitor the CHT (TEMP) PID.

Is the temperature greater than 77° C (170.6°F)?

I dont know what the CHT is or the PID? How do I access the PCM?
I assume the temp is over 170? The factory gauge is more than half way.

See the forscan sticky in this section, it's free software you can use on a Windows tablet/laptop and a
usb pass thru cable usb pass thru cable
to interface with your truck for monitoring all parameter identifications (PIDS) such as the CHT sensor among others. You can read/erase codes and you can program things to work on your truck you didn't get from the factory.

One thing you should never do when diagnosing a vehicle is assume. It'll cost you more time and money than is necessary.
