Default rearview camera

So put my 150 into reverse - rear-view mirror camera screen goes blue then blacks out - assume faulty camera - or anyone know cause of that particular symptom?

So to get to have 'break' teh Ford cover plate? can i get in from rear by removing panel?

Oh and have tried re-seating the plug to the rear-view mirror

The connector at the tailgate is actually behind the bumper by the spare tire. Follow the wiring harness coming thru the body and you'll see it.

Covered under the 3/36 and under the Ford PremiumCARE ESP minus your deductible for however many years/miles you bought.

I bought a replacement on eBay or Amazon for 50$ I think. Also bought the wiring harness that goes from spare tire to tailgate just to get new everything. Mine works great now.
