RAS
I installed the RAS Saturday morning. I removed the lift blocks under the springs and set up the RAS with the Black disk. Stock height measured 39 ¼, with the blocks removed and the RAS set up the measurement was 39 ¾ +/-. As all of you know from the other RAS reviews the improvement is undeniable. Smoother Ride no jolting over bumps, better turning, less squat, less sway, the truck as a whole feels more controlled. I only towed my 16’ Trailer with my Polaris Ranger in it and could not have asked for better with a light load. I won’t be pulling my RV until Deer Season is over however I will update as time goes on, but I would like to thank everyone for reviewing and testing the RAS so it would be an easy choice for me.
And a big thanks to Nolan for all the time he spent with me.

I was the first person to test RAS and helped start the Group Buy for all of us F150ers. https://www.f150forum.com/f82/axel-w...ension-141106/ I have to say, I couldn't be happier with the performance of this product - however; I have never seen a difference in MPGs.
Shortly after I installed RAS, I leveled the front with Bilstein 5100's, and installed Nittos all around thus negatively effecting my MPGs (of course, no fault of RAS). If there is something I can do (with the RAS) to improve my MPGs and offset the effect the larger tires have made, please let me know.
Again, I LOVE the Roadmaster Active Suspension and have ZERO complaints. I never expected better MPGs from this product so any improvement would be welcome.
YOU ROCK NOLAN!

JustJimmy,
I know you are the first and I followed your post and Nolan even brought you up. I don’t know if it is due to the weight of my tires or what. But like I said I removed the 1 1/4 inch spring blocks and set RAS a loose Black disk setting. It seems like from stop light to stop light it may have better forward motion, move forward easier. The heavy tires may have been causing some spring deflection that I now don’t have? I will keep testing.

Good discussion guys..... we typically see a minimum of 5% fuel savings when under a load. We don't actively market this benefit, but we do have a page on our website that talks about fuel savings benefits. There are simply to many other benefits gained from the product, that are more tangible and easier to track.
Part of the reason we don't actively market this, is it can be tough for an individual to accurately track fuel consumption/savings apples to apples. Companies with fleets that track every penny have the resources to do so, and because of that we have a binder full of testimonials from companies that run their fleet vehicles under constant load. I have seen testimonials that range between 4 and 16%, the number can vary based on type of vehicle, how heavy the load etc etc. Rather than write a whole paragraph on the how and why, here's a link that will save me some time!

Agreed - it's an impossible task to calculate with all the extenuating circumstances involved. MY BIGGEST MPG fluctuation is wind. It always seems I'm driving into a head wind (I notice this by watching the grass/trees bending on roadside).
