Radio problems

I have a 2009 Fx4 and I got in it today and the radio won't come on. All it says is 'F-150 Built ford tough'. It's the stock radio. Any suggestions on what to do to try to fix it?

Try the old battery pull before anything else. Pull the negative cable and let it sit for 15 minutes. Reconnect.

There is also a recall about the radio module.
