Mine started acting up again in the last week. It was haywire for about 3 days and has been normal for about 2 days.

Mine was doing it off and on all last summer, never for more than a couple of days.
Has not done it since last fall.
Curious to see if it starts again when it gets hot.

Hey everyone,

One quick troubleshooting step you can try is called a master reset.

To find the instructions for the master reset for your specific system, log into your account at: Owner.Ford.com and click the SYNC & How TOS tab. Select SYNC TECHNOLOGY and choose your version of SYNC from the drop-down box. Click PHONE SETUP and you'll find the instructions for the master reset listed on the next page.

If the master reset does not resolve this issue, schedule an appointment with your dealership so they can take a closer look.

Ordered the replacement module and will install this weekend.

Anyone else having troubles? Worked fine for 5 years, but for some reason started this summer.
