I am going to add some LED's to the mirrors on my 13' FX4, I wanted to make them a running light, can anyone tell me if there is a 12v+ signal inside that is activated with the lighting circuit?

Not in the mirrors, you'll have to get power from a wire in the kick plates

 

I tapped into the running light wire located in the passenger kick panel, it's a yellow wire with a blue tracer. Adding the running lights is a PITA but the end results are worth the hassle.
