Default Puddle lights

Thinking about stealing the wives puddle lamps off of her Edge and putting them on my truck!! Lol

To anyone who has added the lights, are there any wires to hook up to in the mirror or will I have to go find them in my door?

2014 F-150 XLT Ecoscrew.

There aren't any but the puddle lamps themselves are about $40 if you don't want to rob the other set. Change them to LED's while your at it, paint the mirror cap, put an led strip behind the front reflector at the same time.

Or you could just add some LEDs to your running boards.

I can't believe they charge so much for all this stuff on the f150 websites when you can order the same stuff on Amazon and do it yourself for a 1/4 of the price. What is the rock in all four corners?

I was also thinking about doing that. I have a set that I pulled out of the bedcover from my old truck if I don't mount them in my boat under my ttop.

You can get these off of amazon. The spoils are 16' so there is plenty. If you can solder you can put these anywhere.
