Can't say about the F150 but I had a Procomp 3" lift in my 04 Superduty. It was a good well engineered kit. The only thing wrong was a couple of bolts were a little short and I thought I needed a bit more thread covered and I added a couple of flat washers the were not included in the kit.

They are a good intermediate kit. Not the best, definitely not the worst.

I've got the stage2 lift and just waiting for family vacation to go by before I pull the trigger on the install.

Stage 2 is with the coilovers right?

Yes it is. I plan to crank them up an extra inch after they settle and add a 5 inch block in the rear.
