I can't believe your dealer did not catch the loose connection at the battery since you told them of the problem and you had remote start installed. I guess they were more concerned with stuffing your money in their pocket than fixing the problem. Checking the battery terminals should have been the first thing to check and so easy, would have gone a long way in building your confidence in their service department. Oh well such is life.

I agree. I have the feeling the dealer didn't even think about my issue. When I went to pick it up I asked him if he saw any problems and he just shrugged his shoulders and said everything looked fine to them.
