The Pro Comps are built by Bilstein to PC specs.

Last I checked, they are built by Monroe as are Rancho and several other brands.

I'm not aware of Monroe making monotube shocks. I'd guess their twin tubes are made by Monroe. Others have stated the monotubes are made by Bilstein.
