Default Power window issue.

The drivers side window will only work, up or down, when the engine is running. Any other time it will try and work(moves about a quarter inch) but sounds like it isn't getting enough juice. No error codes. All the other windows work like normal. Would a short cause something like that?

Twice in 6 years the window switch in the drivers side door had to be replace under ESP.

Default Fixed...?

So apparently having my dash cam plugged into the obdii port was causing the issue? Plugged in = no drivers side window. Unplugged = all windows working. WTF?
