Power sliding rear window cable snapped and is binding in motor

Just a heads up.
Below is what is coming up after clicking your link to the Motorcraft Shop manual:
“HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.“
(There is more info given on the page, in case you are somehow related to the company or website.)
Do you know of another resource for downloading the repair manual (hopefully for free!)?
Thanks in advance!

Ok, first, I know this is an old post but figured I'd share what I learned from replacing the "filler" link above on my 2013 F150.
So, the one linked for the 04-08 F150s is the same for the 2009-2014s. You do not have to cut or drill anything out of the way except for those two screws shown earlier in this thread. You also do not have to remove the center glass.
Once seats are down and the cover removed, drill the holes to access those two screws. Slide the window open and there is a plastic/rubber guide in the top, above the center window extending to the driver side. With the window open, you can pinch that guide with some needle nose pliers and pull in down until you can grab it with you hand. Grab and pull it to the passenger side until it is completely out. It goes back in the same.
Now you can lift the window up out of that "filler". Disconnect the cables from both sides. unscrew the two screws we drilled holes for and those black blocks will slide left and right for each side then up to come out. Then you have to do the same for the filler, slide completely left to lift left side up then slide to the right then up to get it out. While doing this, you want the center window propped up and out of the filler so it is out of the way.
Reassemble in reverse.
Hope this helps.

Hello Everyone, I have a 2014 F-150 XLT and the tab on the window "filler" or guide broke off. I have read through this thread and it was very informative and also @DDLunk provided some valuable information so, I just want to thank him and everyone else in here. I replaced the window guide or Filler. I bought the filler for the 2004 to 2008 on a chance when I compared them they were the same. so, yes it will work. I was fortunate that my cables weren't messed up, just unspooled. I was able to remove the motor and re-spooled the cables and everything worked fine.
Now, I couldn't find any videos on just replacing the filler so I made a video of this process and the link below is to the video. I'm no professional videographer by any means but I hope what i have provided will help someone someday. I was doing this by myself so some stuff I dont have on video but have explained it in the video. It's hard to do the work and hold the phone at the same time.
