Mine are not noisy, but I do wish they went a couple inches further forward. Tilt only, telescopic would have been a nice standard feature...

I haven't really noticed. I'm the only one that drives my truck and I haven't changed them since I drove off the lot the day I picked it up.

Mine are pretty much silent. The only way I know they are moving is to feel the pedals come up.
