a positive mpg thread
I wish I could get 17 in the city lol, 13mpg city is what I get on this '13 ecoboost screw FX4 with 3.73s.
Recent trip from East TN to Chicago, on the way there with a moderate headwind, always doing 5mph over the speed limit, 75mph or so for 1/2 of trip, about 700lbs of passengers/cargo, BP 87 octane, one stop for lunch about 5 miles off the highway:

On the way back, slight tailwind, same cargo, exact same route, same time of day as above, BP 87 octane, same time for lunch stop:

Total for the whole trip, 50/50 highway city when I was there:

I wasnt trying mileage. just normal (for me) driving. Same trip last year in my old 2012 4X4 Ram1500 with 3.55s and the hemi was about 1mpg less average. I do notice with this truck if you can keep it below 65mph the mileage is quite a bit better. Not that bad for what it is I guess.
