Default Pop in front end

My truck has developed a popping noise in the front end. It happens when you go over numerous small bumps on a dirt road. Sounds like it is coming from the driver's side.

I did have a leveling kit installed this summer. I also recently installed a grille guard.

The guard is solid. No movement in the guard or its brackets. I also bounced the front end up and down in the garage and could not get the noise to replicate. I checked the strut tower bolts and they are tight.

What else should I check?

Check all steering linkages. If you have the ability to put it on jack stands, check for a possible bad wheel bearing/knuckle.

Can you tell if it's higher or lower in the front end? Right side or left? Or is it just a pop that you can hear in the cab?

I have to get my jack and stands back from my buddy. I cannot tell if its high or low, just thats its on the drivers side and I think it happens when the suspension is extended out.

Might check the back side of the UCA for any rubbing. And I would check the boots for the balljoints, as well as the UCA/LCA mounting bolts.

Well after looking around the front end I came up with nothing. I took it down to the tire shop and we put it on the lift. All bolts we checked were tight.

Only thing we came up with is the bottom bracket for my grille guard touches the plastic shroud on the bottom of the front bumper. Its possible it is causing the noise. My plan is to try and trim that plastic piece and see if that cures the issue.

I had the pop in the front end when making hard turns. It ended up being he UCA. I also have a level kit.

They looked over the entire front end and said it was tight. I'm going to try and cut a little bit of the bumper plastic valance and see if that helps.
