Question PLEASE HELP! HID lights on 2011

HELP! ok I just installed HID lights on my 2011 and they worked great and looked great. But now the raido info center says SYS OFF TO SAVE BATT witch means I can't have the raido on when key is in the accessory position. I did take the battery - negative terminal off to install the kits.
I ended up removing the kits about 2 hrs later in hopes of fixing the problem but nothing. I know the HID's will void warranty so Ford will not cover it. Any ideas on how to fix the SYS OFF TO SAVE BATT PROBLEM I HAVE

Hids have nothing to do with that, its a feature built into the truck to keep from running the battery down

Then why is it on right after I installed the HID? The manual said it will clear it once the truck has been started and had time to charge the system. I drove the truck for about 80km about 1hr of driving. And still nothing

After a certain amount of time the truck will do that...probably about 30 min...my truck does the same thing...nothing is wrong..its a battery saving feature.

Kinda weird, I say put it on a battery charger for a couple hours. Is the little round bubble on the battery green or red?

The bubble is Green. The truck starts perfect, I just don't know what to say to the dealership cause the hid will void warranty.
