can you list the steps

would like to have silver caps on my 2011 xlt instead of the plain old black
did you sand paper (320 grit or higher) before spraying on the paint?

Step 1: clean with rubbing alcohol
Step 2: taped everything off.
Step 3: sprayed a very light coat. There was still mostly black showing. Wait
10-15 min between coats
Step 4: spray another light coat. keep the coats very light.
Step 5: spray as many coats until you get to the coat you want.
Step 6: after colored plastidip is dry, (15 min or so) start to coat it with the glossifier.
Step 7: i sprayed 3 coats but its really up to you. Let dry 10-15 min between coats. Let completely dry then remove masking.

How much difference did the glossifier make on the final product?

To be honest I can't tell much difference.
