Default Performance tune and thermostat???

What thermostat are you guys running with your performance tunes? i've seen 160deg, 170deg, etc.

i'm running a 5.0.

What's the benefit/advantage of changing the thermostat?

run your engine cooler without running your fan all the time. if you are getting on the throttle often especially.

if you guys are tuning your trucks and not changing the thermostat, you're running hot and wearing out your fans... cooling your engine a little bit will add performance, increase efficiency, and prolong the life of your engine.
