Painting mud flaps?
Has anyone bought the Ford mud flaps and painted them to match the body color?
I have the white sand tri coat metallic and I don't like the way the black looks on the white.
Thanks,
Budgee

I was in the same situation with my white truck. There was a recent thread on this where someone did paint them white. I did not think I'd like the black mud flaps, but after installin them, I kind of like it.

How is the Krylon holding up? How long have you had yours painted?
I to live in Ontario, 30 minutes north of you in Orangeville. Same colour F150. I have not installed the flaps yet, contemplating painting first but I am concerned about flaking paint.

I have the platinum tri-coat, or, as the invoice says, white chocolate. Krylon makes an off-white colour that is a close match. Do not use the white Krylon if yours is the same colour as mine- the paint is too white to match. You can do black if you want- a nice gloss black would look great too!

(any snow in Orangeville yet? we should go mudding some time. I am about 20 minutes south of you
