So on the 2015 effies some have those painted bumpers. Do you think there're chrome underneath?

Yeah it is bloody serious the only truck I can find has painted bumpers which I don`t like as I prefer chrome and I was wondering if ford painted over the chrome or not.
If you`ve nothing positive to add butt out.

You can't paint straight over chrome, without it sticking well at least.

Nothing factory will be painted over chrome. Some manufacturers like hyundai, have been known to black out certain areas of chrome parts, like grilles etc. But never bumpers or anything.
