Ongoing Issue and Service
I have the drivetrain thud when coming to a stop, reverse, and accelerating. I also have a park brake that feels real loose compared to my work truck. I have taken both issues to dealers and still nothing. The last dealer I took my truck to for the park brake thing didn't really fix it, but were a lot better in helping me thanks the the Ford rep on this site. I used to take my truck to a certain dealer and certain technician, but he does not work close by me anymore which really sucks. I love everything about my truck (especially the engine) besides those two things. I have been contemplating on just trading it in because of the annoyance of it. If I do, it won't be a Ford. I see myself needing a 3/4 in about 5 more years so my next might be a Ram 2500 with a 6.7L Cummins. I wouldn't buy a Ram 1500 becuase I think the F150 is the king of the half tons. Not saying anything bad about the Superduty either as it is a nice rig too, but there are some things I don't like about it which is more of a preference thing.

I have an abundance of serious problems that aren't getting fixed. Can't afford a new truck,
So I'm dealing with this one. Next one will be an FX4 6.2 or a 2014 Sierra All terrain.

It is amazing how we take in in the @ and get rolled over. Me included, I honestly think they hope you will so they can pass off the issue. Oddly enough dealer I was at had an award best dealer for fixing issue on first time no repeat visits.
I have to get the sync update as I have a few issues with sync that are included in TSB just unsure of how far I'm gonna get bent on the clicking issue. Second time in for issues usually lead to excuses. Like hell that's normal they all do it. I'm just so tired of Ford service but hell the truck is a 13 and I'm not yet prepared to get ****ed again n trade in on this one too early.

Some things never change. I bought a new 1965 mustang (in March 1964). By 2,000 miles it was making a clicking noise like a sewing machine. Took it to the dealer where I bought it - "they all do that". There were 3 mustangs behind me in line at the service window, I made the service writer walk with me to each one and listened that none of the 3 were doing it. "They all do that, we doing nothing."
I went to 3 more dealers and got the same treatment at each of them. By 5,000 miles it got so loud that when I would start the car in a parking lot, people would all turn around to see where the funny noise was coming from.
Finally one night at 2:00AM I was driving by a dealer that had all night service, so I wheeled up to the service window. Service writer said, "Wow! That's just a broken spring in your fuel pump and won't hurt anything, but if I had a new Mustang I wouldn't want it to sound like that. Just put it in that stall over there and we'll get you fixed right up. 10 minutes later I was on my way with problem solved.
The problems are specifically different now, but the dealer / Ford response hasn't changed. You may or may not ever get the problem fixed - it's a crap shoot.

Coming from GM it's appalling how bad Ford dealers are.
Btw my clicking is gone- have them check the oil slinger. They replaced the slinger, pinion and carrier bearings and axle seals in mine.
