So i was taking off my chrome running boards and i noticed something

I have 295 70 nitto trials and just put them on about 500 miles ago

How worried should i be?

It's not leaking too bad. But I'd schedule an appointment with the dealer to change that pinion seal in the near future.

Looks a little leaky. I wouldn't put it off too long, but it's not supposed to leak lol. Easy fix, at least you will get new gear oil. Lol.

You think the 3.55 cant handle the 34s maybe regear?

I burned a transmission one time after a tech told me it was just a minor leak, no worry. Right, about 2 months later, was stranded!

Quick pinion seal fix. Mine did this right off the lot. Just take it in and they'll replace it and give you some fresh gear oil

The pinion seal leaking is just a random thing that you are unlucky enough to experience.

You think they'll charge me cuz of aftermarket tires and the level??

ooooh, be careful. If they want to play dirty, they can say the level changed the driveshaft angle causing the seal to break. Or, the larger tires put more strain on the drivetrain.

Thats what im afraid of how much could replacing the seal be tho?
